Hi, I’m Lilly! I moved to Houston in 1990 and have proudly called many parts of the area home, including Houston, Missouri City, Sugar Land, Bellaire, Spring, The Woodlands, and Midtown. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a payroll manager at an oil and gas staffing firm, where I also handled HR responsibilities. Helping people has always been my passion.

In fact, within just one month of earning my real estate license, I sold seven new homes to people who had trusted me for years. Today, about 90% of my business comes from referrals—friends and past clients who often become lifelong connections.

As a full-time agent, I’m fully committed to putting my clients’ best interests first. My daughter often says, “Mom, you were born to be a real estate agent!”—and I think she might be right. Clients frequently compliment my strong negotiation skills and my intuitive ability to read situations and people.

As a parent, I also understand how important schools are when choosing a home. My daughter attended both FBISD and HISD schools, including GT and Vaguard academy, so I’m very familiar with the process families go through when exploring school options in the Houston area.

Since 2016, I’ve also helped many Texas Medical Center staff lease, buy, and sell homes. I understand their unique schedules, commute considerations, and housing needs, and I work hard to make the process smooth and efficient for them.
